Moderna and NVIDIA maintain top FOMO ranks as Micron Technology climbs to third. Market activity shows a distinct gap between high-volume assets and social attention leaders.
Data snapshot from FOMO Finder rankings. This is attention data, not investment advice. See Methodology.
As of August 25, 2026, Moderna (MRNA) and NVIDIA (NVDA) continue to hold the top two positions in our FOMO rankings. Micron Technology (MU) has moved up two spots to claim the third position, while Tesla (TSLA) remains steady at fourth. Sandisk Corporation (SNDK) saw the most significant movement within the top five, jumping nine places to reach the fifth rank.
Several tickers experienced notable shifts in attention today. Cerebras Systems (CBRS) led the biggest movers with a 115-rank surge, followed by Pfizer (PFE) which climbed 104 places. Other significant movers include Amazon (AMZN), Meta Platforms (META), and Marvell Technology (MRVL), all showing increased social engagement.
The market data highlights a divergence between volume leaders and social attention. While high-volume assets like HOWL, MSTU, and KNRX dominate trading activity, they do not necessarily align with the top FOMO rankings. Micron Technology (MU) serves as a key example of this, currently holding a high FOMO rank of 3 despite not appearing in the top volume list, resulting in a gap score of 18.
